Outside Sales Representative

What Success Looks Like Day to Day:
- Talking about money and upholding margins is easy
- High close rate in this competitive market
- Disciplined at making prospecting new business a priority
- Ability to manage and grow the current client base
- Database Management tools are kept up to date and reflect accuracy
Experience/Skill Set Expected:
- At least three (3) years of Outside Sales experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Working knowledge using Microsoft Office, Internet and database management (i.e. ACT!)
- Mechanical background / aptitude a plus
- Ability and willingness to make cold calls
- Marketing and Selling equipment to existing and new customers

To support our customers and help avoid costly downtime, Northstar offers repair and planned maintenance programs supported by a large parts inventory, factory trained technicians and service at their site or at our service center.
